Manyi has worked also in Trade Promotion Office of Embassy of Italy, Malaysia from 2005 to 2010.

She graduated with Bachelor of Language & Linguistic from University of Malaya, Malaysia in 2003.

Mattia Mulliri F&B Business Development Associate

Born in Italy, Mattia completed his graduation in “Accounting & Foreign Languages.” Aiming for higher studies, he went abroad and participated in various hotel management programs between Italy & Holland.

He possesses 21 years of advanced experiences in the hospitality industry in 11 different countries. Having 6 years of versatile experience in various departments like admin, reservations, event management, marketing, and finance, makes him unmatchable in business development.

Not only this, Mattia has 15 years of exceptional professional experience in the food and beverage industry. He’s a multilingual, who can speak English, Spanish, Dutch, Japanese and Italian. He was affiliated with notorious hotels around the globe like, The Okura, IHG, Cipriani, Sandals International, Blue Diamonds Resorts and more.

He achieved several promotions and was the part of the executive team in building large resorts due to the pre-opening and opening phases.

In Sandals International, he accomplished the best scores in 20 years of operations and took over the entire F&B training plans, organizing and rearrange a new way of training the department comprising of 9 restaurants, 8 bars and 24 hours room service for 350 rooms.

With IHG, he worked for Crowne Plaza Dubai, which is Dubai’s First Five-Star Hotel. With 573 rooms, 13 outlets, 2 banquet halls, and 12 meeting rooms they have an annual tenure of 450,000 guests.

Mattia supervised half of the department plus the Facebook and Trip Advisor pages, especially “Al Fresco” one of the first Italian restaurants in Dubai with award recognition. At the same time, he was called from the “Legendary luxury Cipriani” to create the training plans. He worked as Event Manager and organized significant events for businesses like Chopard, Prada, Dolce & Gabbana etc.

Right now Mattia is establishing a 5-star luxury resort in South East Asia with 5 Sensi. As it is a very distant location which requires lots of strategies in every decision, this would be certainly another great achievement to add to his innumerable experiences.

Born in Northwest England, Dean received a first-class honours degree in visual communication from Birmingham City University. He began the early part of his career at three of the world’s largest direct marketing agencies, Ogilvy, Wunderman and Carlson.

Working for many of the world’s leading brands in every major sector of industry. Applying his full repertoire of skills across all channels of marketing and brand development.

He spent many years as a freelance Creative Director and consultant working across B2C retail, automotive and premium drinks brands in London’s leading advertising/integrated agencies, and brand consultancies. such as AMV BBDO, Arnold Worldwide, FCB Inferno and Landor Worldwide. With partners, he set-up an integrated agency at DDB London with global clients, Nestle, Getty Images’ and the International Airline Network-Star Alliance, were he was Global Creative Director for their online and direct marketing business. He also spent time in Shanghai in China, creating workshops to understand the use of symbolism in Asian visual communication and culture, exploring it’s effect on his clients global communication strategies.

His International client list drew attention to Cheil Worldwide in London where he supported their largest client Samsung with high-end retail and brand concepts. Pitching and winning the Samsung Olympics business and producing their most succesful Olympics TV commercial with David Beckham and Oscar winning Director Emanuel Lubeski.

Shortly after he became Cheil’s Global Creative Director and moved to Seoul in South Korea, where he headed-up the Samsung Electronics global account, responsible for all brand touch points of the consumer journey. He led and developed his international creative department to produce award winning digital work at Cannes Lions and D&AD. Whilst positioning new products for global markets and originating world class photography and digital assets for their mobile and high-end displays division.

At the end of his successful tenure in South Korea, he moved to Manila, Philippines where he has worked as a Creative/Design Director and Consultant for International brands in the Luxury, Fashion and Alcohol and Beverages sectors.

His move to VSensi is an accumulation of his multi-disciplined design experience and his passion for creating and developing brands in the areas of Food and Beverages, Lifestyle and Wellness.

For Dean, design is a way of life and his ambition for VSensi client’s is to create experiences that touch the hearts and minds of their customers and followers, wherever they may be in the world.

Michael’s background is in luxury lifestyle resorts and stand-alone fine dining restaurants. He is a F&B service specialist who loves gastronomy and hospitality.

He is passionate about profitable sustainability, creating unforgettable experiences and business development. His experience also focus in direct marketing and sales acumen.

Recently, Michael joined V SENSI with the objective to promote food concepts, brands and creating business opportunities, intermediation and collaboration in both Bali and South-East Asia market. Michael is currently based in Bali.

Zsuzsa Canjavec Wellness SPA & Development Manager

Zsuzsa is a talented spa certified in the luxury health spa and hotel industry. She possess several years of related experience of therapy, procedural workout & customer care support.

Initially Zsuzsa graduated from Hungary with a bachelor’s degree in logistics and supply chain management. Then she went to London and begin her professional career in the luxury hotel industry. Here she created a top-notch standard of customer care services by collaborating with several well-known firms.

Besides this, she hold strong sports training education in athletics, and marital arts. As Zsuzsa has always been passionate about health & fitness, so she opted for the graduation degree in Beauty and Massage Therapy in London. After her graduation she became proficient therapist in famous spa hotels in central London.

Then in 2012, Zsuzsa was presented to Aman Spa in Connaught, London with the honor to work and promote her therapy services with Aman Spa. Thereafter, she again peruses her bachelor’s degree in Bangkok and graduated as a Thai Massage Therapist at Wat Po Thai therapy school. It focused on merging with common eastern medicine, along with western practices and therapy.

Later on she was endorsed to train therapy procedures in Aman spas in Europe and Asia. Emanuele Giorgione, born in 1984, Chef and Wellness Cuisine Consultant. Raised up in Merano and graduated at Cesar Ritz Hotel and Culinary school in 2003.

His desire to communicate and spread to the world his experiences, made him to convince that good food is not only a life enjoyment, but above all, a fundamental key of human nourishment, health and quality of living. Emanuele’s career journey started in 1998, the year on which he firstly wore the white chef jacket.

As today, the world of culinary has changed radically and he feels satisy to have been be part of this natural evolution and professional growth. Curiosity and desire to gain different knowledge brought him to a Chef life and his vision to carry on.

His first kitchen work started at younger age of 14. Since then, his career smoothly went up being appoinetd mainly in 5 Star Luxury Hotels and Wellness establishments internationally.

A passion for pastry was intially his flair, but in 2002, something lights up. He visioned that Wellness & Healthy Food was the call. Chef Emanuele knews that this choice was representing a very important new future for him, for the food industry and peoples.

His longest and steady work appointment started at the renowned Luxury Hotel Med Spa in Merano as an internship position with scaling up to a Sous Chef role in 2010. In that year Chef Emanuele was appointed as a Head Chef to supervise the entire culinary operation of the Hotel Adler and Balance in Val Gardena in Northern of Italy.

In 2013 Chef Emanuele decided to fully venturing in the field of Dietetic Cuisine; working hand in hand with expereince medical team, he had the opportunity to join a pre-opening team for a Medical Spa nestled in Lake Maggiore. The project lasted for a couple of years with success.

After deepened his wellness culinary practice, in 2016 he was appointed as a Corporate Chef for Chenot Group. Working along side with the famous Chenot medical team, he partecipated in several openings under the group developing food concept and kitchen operation for each and every restaurant. His wide work travels bring him from Switzerland to UAE, Mosca, Azerbaijan, L’ Albereta Relais & Cheteaux in Franciacorta and Marocco to support Chenot’s project.

Since April 2019, Chef Emanuele is a full time Wellness Food Consultant and Private Chef collaborating with several Wellness & Medical Spa Resorts and Culinary School.

Most recently he joined V SENSI, a boutique Hospitality & Lifestyle Group as Executive Project Chef partecipating in the creation of Wellness food concept as well as to be in charge for International restaurant start up gloablly.

She has played a pivotal role in delivering the design, advisory and design management of some of the world’s most prominent luxury integrated resorts and iconic projects such as Marina Bay Sands in Singapore, Solaire Casino & Resort in Manila and Cotai Central in Macau.

She distilled her exceptional experience, resources and international network into the formation of Habitus Design Group, now with studios in Asia and Europe, Habitus offers interior design and client advisory services to the highest quality hotels, resorts, and gaming developments globally.

Samantha has delivered interior design and advisory services for international luxury development projects in excess of US$25 billion. Her success stems from her ability to translate her clients’ vision and objectives into reality.

Her penchant for innovation, sophisticated design aesthetic, and problem- solving have ensured that she is a leading figure in the hospitality and gaming industry. Pernille oversees all commercial aspects of Habitus Design Group’s business globally, as well as undertaking an integral role in heading the group’s headquarters in Denmark.

A Danish national herself, Pernille has a Masters degree in International Business and Languages and is fluent in four languages. Her career encompasses over two decades of director-level experience in Asia, the Middle East and Europe working across finance, management, human resources and design management.

Pernille has focused on the identification, seconding and management of highly specialised teams of architects and designers for international leisure sector developers. She worked in close collaboration with Samantha Drummond on various projects until the pair formally established Habitus Design Group.

Pernille and Habitus design recently join collaboration with VSENSI to elevate and bring unique Hospitality design concepts internationally.

Specialist in hospitality and commercial real estate, with a broad international exposure and network.

Have progressed steadily up the hospitality ladder, having worked in the airline industry, travel and tourism and luxury hotels, facing interesting challenges along the way. Currently, through a young and dynamic company I set up a few years ago, I manage from early stages boutique hotels and alternative hospitality projects.

I also provide consultation service in the set up and operational phases of serviced offices, acting as owners’ / investors’ representative.

In life one is continuously growing and developing his skills further through all the experiences and tasks being carried out. I feel that reaching new heights by doing what you are passionate about, is the greatest thing one can do. His first kitchen work started at younger age of 14. Since then, his career smoothly went up being appoinetd mainly in 5 Star Luxury Hotels and Wellness establishments internationally.

A passion for pastry was intially his flair, but in 2002, something lights up. He visioned that Wellness & Healthy Food was the call. Chef Emanuele knews that this choice was representing a very important new future for him, for the food industry and peoples.

His longest and steady work appointment started at the renowned Luxury Hotel Med Spa in Merano as an internship position with scaling up to a Sous Chef role in 2010. In that year Chef Emanuele was appointed as a Head Chef to supervise the entire culinary operation of the Hotel Adler and Balance in Val Gardena in Northern of Italy.

In 2013 Chef Emanuele decided to fully venturing in the field of Dietetic Cuisine; working hand in hand with expereince medical team, he had the opportunity to join a pre-opening team for a Medical Spa nestled in Lake Maggiore. The project lasted for a couple of years with success.

After deepened his wellness culinary practice, in 2016 he was appointed as a Corporate Chef for Chenot Group. Working along side with the famous Chenot medical team, he partecipated in several openings under the group developing food concept and kitchen operation for each and every restaurant. His wide work travels bring him from Switzerland to UAE, Mosca, Azerbaijan, L’ Albereta Relais & Cheteaux in Franciacorta and Marocco to support Chenot’s project.

Since April 2019, Chef Emanuele is a full time Wellness Food Consultant and Private Chef collaborating with several Wellness & Medical Spa Resorts and Culinary School.

Most recently he joined V SENSI, a boutique Hospitality & Lifestyle Group as Executive Project Chef partecipating in the creation of Wellness food concept as well as to be in charge for International restaurant start up gloablly.

Recently, Michael joined V SENSI with the objective to promote food concepts, brands and creating business opportunities, intermediation and collaboration in both Bali and South-East Asia market. Michael is currently based in Bali.

Zsuzsa is a talented spa certified in the luxury health spa and hotel industry. She possess several years of related experience of therapy, procedural workout & customer care support.

Initially Zsuzsa graduated from Hungary with a bachelor’s degree in logistics and supply chain management. Then she went to London and begin her professional career in the luxury hotel industry. Here she created a top-notch standard of customer care services by collaborating with several well-known firms.

Besides this, she hold strong sports training education in athletics, and marital arts. As Zsuzsa has always been passionate about health & fitness, so she opted for the graduation degree in Beauty and Massage Therapy in London. After her graduation she became proficient therapist in famous spa hotels in central London.

Then in 2012, Zsuzsa was presented to Aman Spa in Connaught, London with the honor to work and promote her therapy services with Aman Spa. Thereafter, she again peruses her bachelor’s degree in Bangkok and graduated as a Thai Massage Therapist at Wat Po Thai therapy school. It focused on merging with common eastern medicine, along with western practices and therapy.

Later on she was endorsed to train therapy procedures in Aman spas in Europe and Asia. She finally become the spa manager and was involved in professional work of operations, accomplish operational budget, support with marketing & sales, control facility maintenance, certify customer satisfaction, ensure equipment and supplies arrangement along with staff development and training.

Finally in 2018 she began to work as an independent spa developer, trainer with a Singaporean based V Sensi Consultancy that took her to luxury Bawah Island in Indonesia to work on post-opening assessments of management.

His desire to communicate and spread to the world his experiences, made him to convince that good food is not only a life enjoyment, but above all, a fundamental key of human nourishment, health and quality of living. Emanuele’s career journey started in 1998, the year on which he firstly wore the white chef jacket.

As today, the world of culinary has changed radically and he feels satisy to have been be part of this natural evolution and professional growth. Curiosity and desire to gain different knowledge brought him to a Chef life and his vision to carry on.

Pernille oversees all commercial aspects of Habitus Design Group’s business globally, as well as undertaking an integral role in heading the group’s headquarters in Denmark.

A Danish national herself, Pernille has a Masters degree in International Business and Languages and is fluent in four languages. Her career encompasses over two decades of director-level experience in Asia, the Middle East and Europe working across finance, management, human resources and design management.

Pernille has focused on the identification, seconding and management of highly specialised teams of architects and designers for international leisure sector developers. She worked in close collaboration with Samantha Drummond on various projects until the pair formally established Habitus Design Group.

Specialist in hospitality and commercial real estate, with a broad international exposure and network.

Have progressed steadily up the hospitality ladder, having worked in the airline industry, travel and tourism and luxury hotels, facing interesting challenges along the way. Currently, through a young and dynamic company I set up a few years ago, I manage from early stages boutique hotels and alternative hospitality projects.

I also provide consultation service in the set up and operational phases of serviced offices, acting as owners’ / investors’ representative.

In life one is continuously growing and developing his skills further through all the experiences and tasks being carried out. I feel that reaching new heights by doing what you are passionate about, is the greatest thing one can do. Meeting the right people is also crucial in one’s success and I make sure that this happens through selective networking and social activities.
